Most people’s fitness plans fail. Why? Because they’re not patient. And we get it – life is busy and we all want things faster.
In a world where speed is everything, health and fitness will always struggle to keep up. There are no quick fixes, no short cuts, and certainly no over night successes.
Today, there’s a complete disrespect for what it takes to become fit and healthy; to get lean, to get fit, to get stronger, faster, bigger. Too many people think it’s as simple as taking some pills, or watching some videos, or going to the gym, but that’s just not realistic.
We get it, because that’s what’s portrayed in the media. With Instagram models, ‘6 minute abs’ and 12-week-shred plans all with short time frames and huge ‘benefits’, we understand why the reality is skewed.
We get hit up constantly, “I’ve tried everything and I just can’t lose weight”. Do you know what you haven’t tried? Creating a plan and actually sticking to it, not ditching it after 5 days because you haven’t seen the results you wanted.
‘Do you know what you haven’t tried? Creating a plan and actually sticking to it, not ditching it after 5 days because you haven’t seen the results you wanted.’
1. Get a GOAL 2. Create a PLAN 3. STICK TO IT
Get a GOAL – First you need to know what you’re trying to accomplish, what it is you’re actually trying to achieve.
Create a PLAN – Once you know you’re destination, decide how you’re going to get there. What steps do you have to take to achieve this?
STICK TO IT – Remove all the potential obstacles. Don’t care about what anybody else says. Focus on your goal 24/7, be patient and you’ll get there.
So, all we want is for you to re-align your vision of what health and fitness actually is, and what it takes to achieve this. There’s no short cuts. No magic formula that will get you in awesome shape easily. There’s just the truth. And that’s hard work, consistency, and patience.
